The slideshow below steps through the basic process of a Hemi conversion. The videos gives some idea of just what a Hemi - converted JK can be like. Tuesday, April 14, 2009Stubshaft - the Shop's Bearded Dragon
This is our bearded dragon, Stubshaft. He's got an injury to his front left leg from an enounter with another territorial bearded dragon sometime in his past. He is, however perfectly happy here at SLC. He's friendly and gets plenty of attention daily.
As you can see he's perfectly content to be held all day, as long as he gets fed. We've got a larger enclosure under construction for him - we'll post it up when it's done.

Tuesday, April 14, 2009Load Up - Head Out EJS 2009
Moab 2009: Easter Jeep Safari Odyssey
Screamin Lizard Customs' spring trip to Moab for Easter Jeep Safari began early with loading up the Jeeps for the trip. A 3 place and two 2 place trailers were loaded, and some Jeeps hit the highway on their own.
This picture says it all. The weather was great most of the week, though a bit windy and cool early on. Some wet weather led to a few muddy Jeeps. This one ended up bringing a bit of Moab home with it. It's nothing a good power wash can't handle - what's the fun of having a clean jeep, anyhow?
Offroad Evolution's Evolever, Full Traction's long arm, Currie Rock Jock axles and a 6.1l Hemi make dealing with terrain oh-so much easier...
I can't imagine doing this ever gets old. Flexing up the coilovers, long arms and putting those 37"s to work!
We're thrilled that everyone's back and doing well. Trail carnage did come up but was limited all things considered. We'll post more here as pictures filter in.
